Challenge

The company's development is hampered by an old and obsolete computer system. The system is fragmented into several applications that are not connected to each other. 

This situation created frustration among employees and affected the quality of service to customers. 

Following the evolution of the business, Les Parquets du Monde developed different applications to manage the counter sales, then the B2B sales and as well as the rental of equipment. Each of these applications is independent and does not allow a global view on the customer. 

Moreover, the company has developed an e-commerce channel that is poorly integrated with logistics. For example, there is no notion of stock.  

In the context of the commerce digitalization, Les Parquets du Monde had to react and to remedy this technological delay. 

Solution

The objective of this project is to improve the quality of service to customers by reducing unnecessary administrative tasks and to prepare the future of Les Parquets du Monde. By implementing these new digital tools, the company also wants to improve its commercial approach by generating more opportunities and improving its customer loyalty rate. After an in-depth market analysis, Les Parquets du Monde decided to choose Eezee as a partner for its digital transformation with Odoo as its main tool. 

The reasons for this choice are mainly based on Odoo's omnichannel capability, which manages the different sales channels such as counter sales, B2B sales and equipment rentals. This integration provides a centralized view of customer activities and offers better communication between different departments. The solution must also ensure integration with the e-commerce site managed by Woo Commerce and the accounting system maintained with Exact. The Odoo solution has connectors to these applications, which makes the different systems’integration easier. 

Results

In less than 4 months, the Eezee-It team replaced the existing system and optimized the counter sales flow, the B2B sales and equipment rental with a complete integration of logistics. Sales management is now more efficient and Les Parquets du Monde can also monitor their ROI in real time via their dashboard. The project also allowed the implementation of an inventory management system that makes the management of e-commerce orders much easier. Eezee-It and Odoo were able to meet their need for flexibility and speed in order to face their business digitalization needs and ensure the company's sustainability.
