Solutions
Eezee implemented a centralized Odoo platform allowing UMI to manage both event preparation and on-site sales through streamlined, fully integrated tools.
1Event and artist planning through Project
The entire event workflow is structured in Odoo Project: artist bookings, stage planning, equipment needs, and day-of requirements. Artists submit all their information through an Odoo form, which automatically generates the necessary tasks and ensures smooth coordination between teams.
2Fast and stable POS implementation
UMI now benefits from a high-performance POS system running on 4G/WiFi with terminals that operate independently from Odoo. This guarantees uninterrupted service even during peak hours and high-traffic Saturday nights.
3Inventory and accounting integrated with operations
All bar products—approximately 60 items—are tracked through Odoo Inventory, replacing the previous Excel-based process. Accounting is fully connected to POS operations for accurate financial follow-up.
