A subsidiary of the Royal Air Maroc group and a member of the Gate Group, the company has been operating for over 50 years in Morocco’s main airports (Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat). Atlas Servair stands out for its ability to promote Moroccan culture through refined and diverse gastronomy. It also manages onboard sales and VIP lounge services.

Challenge

As part of a continuous improvement approach, Atlas Servair aimed to optimize all its operations by implementing a digital infrastructure capable of supporting its growth. The key priorities identified were:
