The RSM marketing department wanted to have tools that allow them both to improve the quality of their work and that can offer them flexibility and autonomy.

After analyzing the various solutions on the market, it appears that Eezee 4 CRM & Marketing can meet their challenges and their future objectives. A first marketing campaign was launched: the publication of their Memento on a dedicated mini site. In addition, with the help of Eezee-It, a bidirectional interconnection with their current database has been put into place. The project is underway and RSM Belgium aims to launch many other campaigns and use the tool for sending e-mailing and organizing events.
The first campaign "Memento" allowed to correct their databases, collect consents, retain customers and attract new ones. Today, the team has powerful tools that allow them to launch new campaigns and achieve their marketing goals.
