Operating a fleet of over 900 trucks and 1,000 trailers, HAMAT executes more than 208,000 trips annually across the kingdom, backed by a workforce of 1,500 employees. Known for its tailored logistics services, HAMAT serves a broad base of clients with both monthly fleet rentals and on-demand solutions. Its strategic mission is to lead the land transport sector in KSA through professional, scalable, and technology-driven operations.

Challenges

With vast operations spanning millions of kilometers each year, HAMAT needed to address the logistical and administrative complexity of managing such scale. Each trip required flawless coordination of vehicles, drivers, maintenance, and compliance—across multiple entities.

  • Fleet rental duality: Managing both monthly contracts and thousands of call-out deployments required automated tracking and flexible billing logic.
