Before the event, participants are invited to submit one or several ideas based on their business reality.
A good starting point is this question:
Which tasks or decisions in your daily work would you like to automate or improve with AI?
The goal is not to come with a fully formed technical concept. On the contrary, the session is designed to help transform practical business needs into realistic AI opportunities.
You may submit several ideas, progressively if needed, before May 1st, 2026.

Practical information
The event will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Bar Bruis, Oude Abdij, Kortenberg.
Welcome starts at 12:30, with lunch served upon arrival. The session will end around 15:30.
Lunch is included and prepared based on the number of registered participants.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us if you are unable to attend after registering, so that we can adjust the organisation accordingly. If needed, you can contact Paul directly for any question or update regarding your participation.
