By default, Anthropic states that it does not use inputs and outputs from its commercial offerings to train its models. Eezee Assist uses a commercial Claude offering. Your data stays in your isolated environment, hosted in Europe on OVH.
Eezee Assist works from Odoo 17 onwards, Enterprise edition, on Odoo.sh or on-premise. Odoo Online is not supported. Usage requires an Anthropic (Claude) account for token consumption. This makes it possible to bring AI capabilities to environments that do not necessarily have the native AI features of the most recent Odoo versions.
Deploying Eezee Assist takes one week maximum. The exact timeline depends on your environment, Odoo version and the access required to code and infrastructure.
