Vos objectifs
Aux côtés de vos clients, vous imaginez et implémentez les nouveaux processus métiers de vos clients
Vous organisez des workshops pour présenter la solution au client
Vous établissez les analyses fonctionnelles et techniques qui serviront de cahier des charges
Vous planifiez les ressources nécessaires
Vous communiquez fréquemment les avancements sur le projet
Vous évaluez les risques et anticipez les solutions pour les réduire
Vous veillez à la qualité des travaux remis et au respect des budgets
Vous encouragez vos équipes à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes
Vous formez votre client et documenter les processus
Vous offrez un support de maintenance
Votre but : Créer une relation de confiance avec votre client
Votre profil
Certifié Scrum est un plus
Vous avez implémenté des solutions ERP comme gestionnaire de projet
Vous commencerez les 6 premiers mois comme Business Analyst
Néerlandophone et anglais obligatoire et français est un plus
Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans une PME.
Pour réussir votre mission, vous devez disposer d’une mentalité positive et axée sur la recherche de solutions.
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins trois ans sur un des domaines de la gestion d’entreprise (e-commerce, logistique, production ou comptabilité)
La connaissance de Odoo ou d’un ERP est un atout
Vous êtes parfait bilingue FR/NL avec une bonne connaissance en anglais
Vous avez un esprit analytique et un intérêt pour la technologie
Vous aimez le contact avec le client et l’esprit de service
Vous êtes négociateur et vous avez le sens du compromis

Eezee is looking for a Senior Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP projects.
After a six-month immersion as a Business Analyst, you will take full ownership of Odoo projects and ensure their operational success as well as strong client relationships.
Your Role
You enjoy structuring complex projects and supporting clients in making key strategic decisions.
At Eezee, you act as a Project Manager on ERP projects for ambitious SMEs. You understand business challenges, structure priorities, and drive project execution. You are responsible for planning, project governance, risk management, deliverables tracking, and client satisfaction.
Odoo is the main tool used to implement the solutions defined together with the client.
Your objective is to deliver projects that integrate sustainably into the client’s organisation, with controlled user adoption and change management embedded in the project steering.
As a Senior Project Manager, you take full ownership of the projects assigned to you, from project kick-off through post go-live stabilisation.
Your key responsibilities include
- Leading ERP projects by ensuring planning, budget tracking, risk management, and commitment delivery.
- Organising and facilitating project governance bodies: kick-offs, steering committees, progress meetings, and decision-making sessions.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables and the overall consistency of the implemented solution.
- Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
- Supporting clients in change management, ensuring solution adoption by end users.
- Supervising the go-live phase and ensuring a smooth transition to support and maintenance teams.
Your profile
You are an experienced Project Manager, comfortable working in ERP environments and used to leading projects with business, technical, and human challenges.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an SME, ideally in an ERP or IT project context.
- Proven experience in ERP implementations as a Project Manager.
- Strong ability to manage projects in a structured way: budget, planning, governance, risk management, and delivery follow-up.
- Comfortable in client-facing situations, with clear communication skills and strong prioritisation abilities.
- Strong interest in business processes and complex operational environments.
- Dutch and English are mandatory. French is a plus.
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
- Scrum certification or significant experience in an agile environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
