Vos objectifs
Aux côtés de vos clients, vous imaginez et implémentez les nouveaux processus métiers de vos clients
Vous organisez des workshops pour présenter la solution au client
Vous établissez les analyses fonctionnelles et techniques qui serviront de cahier des charges
Vous planifiez les ressources nécessaires
Vous communiquez fréquemment les avancements sur le projet
Vous évaluez les risques et anticipez les solutions pour les réduire
Vous veillez à la qualité des travaux remis et au respect des budgets
Vous encouragez vos équipes à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes
Vous formez votre client et documenter les processus
Vous offrez un support de maintenance
Votre but : Créer une relation de confiance avec votre client
Votre profil
Pour réussir votre mission, vous devez disposer d’une mentalité positive et axée sur la recherche de solutions.
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins trois ans sur un des domaines de la gestion d’entreprise (e-commerce, logistique, production ou comptabilité)
La connaissance de Odoo ou d’un ERP est un atout
Vous êtes parfait bilingue FR/NL avec une bonne connaissance en anglais
Vous avez un esprit analytique et un intérêt pour la technologie
Vous aimez le contact avec le client et l’esprit de service
Vous êtes négociateur et vous avez le sens du compromis

At Eezee-it, you implement Odoo to structure, automate, and secure accounting and financial processes while contributing to the overall consistency of business operations (sales, purchasing, logistics, analytics, etc.).
Your mission: make Odoo an integrated, seamless, and scalable solution that simplifies users’ daily work, improves data quality, and supports the company’s overall performance.
Every project is a trust-based collaboration: understanding the client’s business, designing the most suitable solution, and supporting them until success.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in implementing Odoo: you bridge the client’s financial vision with their operational challenges.
You work on projects with a natural specialization in finance and accounting, while keeping a transversal approach across other Odoo modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze accounting and financial requirements: chart of accounts, VAT, journals, multi-company setup, intercompany, closing processes.
- Configure and secure Odoo Finance modules: general and analytical accounting, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, reporting, etc.
- Support accounting migrations: balance imports, opening entries, historical data recovery.
- Implement financial monitoring tools: margins, budgets, analytical reports, consolidations.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Functional Architects, Technical Leaders, and other Business Analysts to ensure smooth integration of financial flows across Odoo.
- Train and support key users (accountants, controllers, CFOs, finance leads) to ensure smooth and lasting adoption.
- Contribute to the overall project consistency beyond finance by taking part in end-to-end process discussions.

You combine financial rigor, business understanding, and a global vision. You enjoy connecting the precision of numbers to the operational reality of businesses.
You’ll recognize yourself if you…
- Master accounting and financial logic: entries, balance sheets, closings, consolidations, margins, analytics.
- Have experience as an internal accountant or in a finance department, giving you insight into your clients’ real-world challenges and language.
- Have solid experience with Odoo (or another ERP) and can configure its financial modules reliably and coherently.
- Are comfortable handling accounting data migrations (imports, balances, journals, reconciliations).
- Are fluent in Excel for analyzing, importing, and controlling financial data.
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders accountants, finance managers, key users, developers, project managers to turn business needs into concrete, shared solutions.
- Appreciate the diversity of projects and stay curious about other functional areas of Odoo.
- Speak Dutch and English fluently (French is a plus).
- Love to learn, share, and grow in an international and dynamic environment.
