Vos objectifs
Aux côtés de vos clients, vous imaginez et implémentez les nouveaux processus métiers de vos clients
Vous organisez des workshops pour présenter la solution au client
Vous établissez les analyses fonctionnelles et techniques qui serviront de cahier des charges
Vous planifiez les ressources nécessaires
Vous communiquez fréquemment les avancements sur le projet
Vous évaluez les risques et anticipez les solutions pour les réduire
Vous veillez à la qualité des travaux remis et au respect des budgets
Vous encouragez vos équipes à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes
Vous formez votre client et documenter les processus
Vous offrez un support de maintenance
Votre but : Créer une relation de confiance avec votre client
Votre profil
Pour réussir votre mission, vous devez disposer d’une mentalité positive et axée sur la recherche de solutions.
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins trois ans sur un des domaines de la gestion d’entreprise (e-commerce, logistique, production ou comptabilité)
La connaissance de Odoo ou d’un ERP est un atout
Vous êtes parfait bilingue FR/NL avec une bonne connaissance en anglais
Vous avez un esprit analytique et un intérêt pour la technologie
Vous aimez le contact avec le client et l’esprit de service
Vous êtes négociateur et vous avez le sens du compromis
Vous recherchez des relations sincères et durables qui vous permettent de progresser

We are currently looking for an Odoo Business Analyst(e) to activate our customers to increase their Odoo apps usage and experience. An Odoo Business Analyste provides the highest level of customer service and develops lasting customer relationships. To be successful as Odoo Business Analyst, you should display a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills.

At Eezee-it, you will implement Odoo to optimize operations, align business practices, and provide teams with a clear and shared view of their activities.
Your mission: make Odoo a central, scalable, and easy-to-adopt tool thanks to our pragmatic and human approach helping clients boost productivity and gain autonomy.
Every project is a trust-based collaboration: understanding the client’s business, designing the most suitable solution, and supporting them until success.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you are at the heart of each project: the link between the client’s vision, the functional architecture, and the concrete implementation.
You will be involved in every stage: analysis, design, configuration, training, and post go-live support.
You will work on several projects in parallel, across diverse industries, while progressively building strong sector expertise (finance, logistics, retail, manufacturing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and map processes to design the best Odoo approach.
- Configure and adjust modules to reflect each company’s reality.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Functional Architects, Technical Leaders, and developers to ensure overall project consistency.
- Prepare and lead demos or Proofs of Concept (POCs) to illustrate best practices.
- Train key users and support change management to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor performance after deployment and propose continuous improvements.

You combine analytical rigor, business curiosity, and team spirit. You enjoy understanding, structuring, and simplifying complex topics.

- You are curious about Odoo and the ERP world, or you already have initial experience in this field.
- You are comfortable with information systems: structuring data, understanding workflows, managing access rights, and automating tasks to make users’ lives easier.
- You enjoy collaborating with diverse profiles—business, technical, and executive—to deliver effective solutions.
- You speak Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- You are eager to learn, share, and grow in a dynamic international environment.
