The biggest challenge for In4care was to meet a wide range of needs with minimal investment.
It is not easy to find a standard software solution that can:

Handle membership management and billing ;
Manage online sales of services, subscriptions, and products ;

All of this through a website and member portal.
Solution
The implemented solution is based on Odoo, with some specific developments for self-service member features through the portal. The solution takes care of quote processing, sales and billing.
The warehouse manages optimal inventory as well as all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
The Blog, Forum, and Events modules on the website ensure that all members stay informed about the latest developments in the healthcare sector.
Coins, based on discount coupon programs, are awarded in the same amount as the subscription. This allows members to purchase products or services or register for events free of charge.
Results
In4care now has an all-in-one solution where all information is centralized and standardized. Members stay in touch with In4care through the portal and can cancel their membership themselves at any time.
