In addition to its publishing activities, the company organizes training sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences. Its clients include public administration officials, legal professionals, educators, healthcare workers, and nonprofit organizations. Politeia’s mission is to enrich their expertise through tailored, high-value editorial content.

Politeia is part of a larger ecosystem that includes Pinakes, a specialist in public sector contact data, and Academic & Scientific Publishers (ASP), focused on academic and scientific publishing. Together, they are a leading reference in data and content management for both academic and public institutions.

Challenge

Politeia faced a significant challenge: managing the complexity of its subscription models. The company offers two types of subscriptions:

All publications are available in both print and digital formats, adding another layer of complexity to the subscription workflow.

Politeia needed a centralized and automated system to streamline subscription management, reduce manual tasks, and prevent information loss.

  • Annual Subscription: Subscribers automatically receive every new publication and are billed once per year.
  • Continuous Subscription: Each publication is billed individually at the time of dispatch.
