Challenge
CIAS faced increasing demand for its services, highlighting the limitations of its existing management systems. Inventory management was unreliable, rental contracts lacked clarity, customer communication was predominantly via phone, and many processes remained manual. Additionally, accounting operations were not integrated with logistics, necessitating a comprehensive digital transformation to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

1Integrated web forms and CRM
Eezee-it developed web forms integrated into Odoo's CRM and sales modules, enabling direct order entry and improved customer relationship management.
2Rental module for subscription tracking
The Odoo Rental module was configured to monitor rental items and automate subscription billing, enhancing transparency and efficiency.
3Real-time inventory and accounting integration
Odoo's Inventory module provided real-time visibility into stock levels across various locations. Integration with the Accounting module facilitated rapid financial closures and access to performance indicators combining operational and financial data.
