Art Brussels is one of Europe’s largest contemporary art fairs. Every year in April, the four-day event brings together nearly 25,000 professionals, collectors, and art lovers. More than just a fair, Art Brussels is a true European platform showcasing emerging talents in contemporary art alongside established galleries presenting a curated selection of paintings, sculptures, photographs, videos, and installations. 

Challenge

Art Brussels faced a dual challenge: efficiently managing its list of exhibiting galleries and its VIP guests. The organization needed an integrated solution capable of:

Solutions

Eezee-it deployed a solution based on Odoo to meet Art Brussels’ needs. The implementation focused on several key areas:

1Two Interconnected Web Portals


Using Odoo’s Website module, two distinct platforms were developed:

  • Gallery Portal: Enables exhibitors to enter their information, manage their team, and invite VIPs
  • VIP Portal : Allows invited guests to update their info, invite a companion, and register for exclusive events (vernissage, VIP off program, dinners, etc.)
