Digital Dot is a specialized distributor and service provider in the world of professional printing. Based in Nazareth (Belgium), the company combines deep industry expertise in 2D super wide format printing with pioneering 3D printing solutions as the official distributor of Massivit 3D. Their clients operate in industries such as signage and display, retail design, exhibitions, events, and themed entertainment.

Challenge

Digital Dot wanted to centralize and streamline its business operations, from sales and warehouse management to after-sales support. The company faced inefficiencies due to disconnected processes: printer sales, consumables, maintenance planning, and customer interventions were managed in different tools, leading to fragmented data and time-consuming coordination.

Digital Dot partnered with Eezee-it to implement an integrated Odoo solution that covers their end-to-end operations—from sales to interventions.

1Unified sales and stock flow


Odoo was set up to manage the entire commercial pipeline: from quotations and orders to invoicing and delivery tracking. The system automatically reflects incoming and outgoing flows in the warehouse, ensuring real-time inventory visibility and efficient stock management.

2Integrated support and planning


Eezee-it configured the Helpdesk module to manage customer requests and interventions. Linked directly to the calendar and synchronized with Office 365, this setup enables the technical team to plan maintenance visits efficiently, while keeping both staff and clients informed.

3Custom features for speed and service


Specific developments were added to boost customer responsiveness. These include faster quote generation, linked tasks between departments, and better visibility into client equipment and history—all within a centralized interface.
