About the position

To support our growth, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage the accounting operations for Eezee.be, Eezee.ma, and Eezee Group. This position can be based in Belgium or Morocco, with an initial training period in Belgium.

This role involves working closely with our fiduciary in Belgium and our CFO, ensuring smooth financial operations and structured reporting.

Your Key Responsabilities 🚀

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for the accounting of three entities and will play a key role in financial reporting and process optimization.

✅ Accounting & Financial Management

• Record and process all accounting entries for Eezee.be, Eezee Group, and Eezee.ma
• Monitor invoicing in collaboration with management
• Handle VAT declarations
• Manage various accounting operations (provisions, deferred revenue recognition, etc.)
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the group

✅ Payments & Accounts Monitoring

• Execute supplier payments and monitor aging balances
• Manage the reminder cycle and ensure debt collection
• Respond to financial information requests from the management of the three entities

✅ Collaboration with Teams & Management

• Maintain seamless communication with our fiduciary in Belgium and ensure structured and analytical financial reporting to the CFO
• Provide detailed financial reports, including performance analysis and key financial indicators, to support strategic decision-making
• Work closely with management to oversee invoicing, budget tracking, and process optimization

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized individual with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Your Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum Bac+3)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with multi-entity management
• Proficiency in Odoo or a strong ability to learn the tool (a plus)
• Fluent French (oral & written) (mandatory)
• Professional English (an asset)
