An order entered in Odoo consists of two independent flows: delivery and payment. Thanks to the Sales Auto-Workflow, this double flow can be validated at once. Picking is therefore done automatically, which makes the work operational faster thanks to the Real Time Order Picking Creation. At the same time, the order is registered in real time within the accounting department.
The order creation remains the essential part since it allows to make the link with the other connectors (Sendcloud, etc.) and Odoo. Real-time synchronization aims to deliver as quickly as possible to the customer by knowing his profile. - Update order status to communicate to end customer:
Once the delivery is made, the status is automatically updated. When the order is placed and delivered, the status is returned with the tracking number to the customer’s system. Returns, refunds etc. are also managed thanks to the connector linked to Odoo.
