The Tubex company specializes in the field of industrial welding. It is made up of around forty employees who work on customer sites to carry out all types of welding.


The company was recently taken over with the aim of improving profitability and the processes of the business. The company has a remarkable know-how in the market, but company’s organization remains very “old school”. Only few processes are computerized making the management of the business very empirical.


The company is looking for an integrated system that allows real-time monitoring of project profitability.

Time capturing is carried out using a scanner whether in the workshop or on customer's site.
The system must also allow attendance management (badging) with a series of adjustment rules according to the work regulations. Attendance is interfaced with the SD works system which ensures payment of salaries.
To meet this challenge, the company choses Odoo software and Eezee company for their experiences in digital transformation and flexibility.


The company decided to install the project and timesheet applications, purchase, inventory and presence module.

After an analysis phase through interactive workshops, the project was planned in three stages. Purchasing applications have improved the buying conditions and managed stocks of raw materials.
The second phase concerns the implementation of time tracking allowing a detailed analysis of the profitability of the projects.
The third phase concerns the implementation of the presence and interfacing system with the salary management system.
In less than 6 months, the company has a new face and has a modern tool to secure its future and improve the profitability of its operations.
